In an attempt to get some what healthier I bought myself a
Breville Blend Active. I saw everybody raving about these so I kinda caved in and got one myself. I love how practical it is, all you need to do is change the lid and all is done. The smoothie I made today was a Green Smoothie. This is a recipe that I found last night, it came from Tanya Burr YouTube Channel.
All of these ingredients are optional and you can just experiment and make the recipes your own.
I used:
Ginger (a tiny amount)
Pineapple chunks (a handful)
1 Celery Stick
1/5 of a cucumber
Spinach (a handful)
1 Banana
Coconut Water (how much depends on how much you like)
Green Smoothie
Hopefully I'll do more of these in the future.
